Are corporations people? Can an undying personhood be a person?

Answer: This has been a complex question for centuries now, and that is because both have different meanings.A corporation means a group of people who work together as a business entity to create revenue, taxes, and jobs. The personhood aspect of "corporation" comes from the judicial association between corporations and individual entities. Whereas an undying personhood would mean something entirely different.
