Are atheist zealots as bad as religious zealots?

Answer: It depends on what they’re fighting for. If an atheist wants to restrict the rights of someone because they disagree with their religious beliefs, then yes, that might be just as bad or worse than zealously defending one’s own religion.However, if an atheist is fighting against atrocities like misogyny and homophobia in countries where these are especially common, I would say it’s not so much about atheism but more about principles regarding freedom and equality.
